Still no curls after 2 months

I made a post almost 2 months ago asking for help. I decided it might be best to wait. After almost 2 months since my last visit at the hair salon still no difference. I had to try a new hair salon since I moved to a new city. I used to let my hair cut dry. This time it was cut wet. First three pics are from last September, last two pics from now after air drying. I always let it air dry and I never used to have problems with my curls not developing. Even after some product no change. I use conditioner every day and a leave in. I wash my hair once a month. Are my curls damaged? Maybe still curl/scissor shock?
