Tour starts tonight…or does it?!

So I live in Richmond. The whole tour is there and ready to go! Only one problem - the ENTIRE CITY OF RICHMOND HAS NO WATER. Aka no bathrooms will be able to be used at Altria tonight if the water isn’t turned on.

Why haven’t they announced a postponement or a cancellation or anything!!?! I’m annoyed at the silence.
