Which killer should I choose as a mostly surv main?

So as the title says, I'm trying to decide on my next killer purchase.

I play killer about 40% of the time, but I've been trying to do mostly killer lately because I want to get better, plus I'm tired of survivor.

I'm mostly a distance type killer but I've played up close killers as well. Trickster, Ghostface, Pyramid head, and Plague have the most gameplay hours out of my owned killers. My absolute favorite so far is Plague and Trickster. I'm very weak at survs who are good at looping using windows and pallets. I know i should just take the hit but I don't want to give them the satisfaction, which screws me sometimes lol.

I've been wanting the Knight for a hot minute because I'm a simp and he's so cool. But I also think the idea of skull merchant is super cool and I like her skins, but my friend is in love with The Artist and says that she's her favorite killer and thinks I'll like her, but idk. I'm kind of a baby when it comes to killer so I'm not entirely sure which would be the best fit and I only have enough saved for one. Which do you think would work best for me?
