I recently posted about dish washing tips and advice and the replies are helping! But I think I should’ve mentioned what my manager said! She said the main thing I should work on is speed otherwise they can run out of dishes when not busy.

So if anyone has any tips or advice concerning this, I’ll be very grateful! Last post people mentioned what dishes to prioritize and please don’t hesitate to share your thoughts. Pre soak pans and similar things. Air dry.
