Paladin with Find Familar. Which feat should I take?

Building a VH Ancient Paladin and a couple years ago DM said If I ever get Find familiar, and can use my custom Nerfed Tressym. Today is that day!

The Spell find familiar is non negotiable. I want to know if I should pick it up through Ritual Caster (in theory, can cast it as many times a day as I wanted, and potential for other useful rituals down the line) or Magic Initiate (can get a blade cantrip + instant payoff utility)
