Anyone recognize/have used these before? Found in an old paper bag tucked inside of some wall insulation from (I’m guessing) mid 1960’s

Are these useful to anyone for anything? Anyone know of a place i can donate them to for use or historical/ collector purposes?

They’re neat but I have little interest in them and I’m sure someone, somewhere, does.
