Cat sick

So I can home today to see my cat sicked up his cat meat in my room.

I’m just wondering if cat sick is contagious? I take a drink of water to bed and every morning my cat comes into my room and drinks a little bit out of it, so can I still drink out of this glass?

I hate sick so much so really paranoid now. Thankyou in advance.
