Is women’s attraction to Islam a form of sadomasochistic kink

I was watching Nicole Kidman’s “Babygirl” Movie the other day. In the film, it discuss some woman’s desire to be controlled and to be told what to do especially in the realm of sex. Previously, I was joking in calling Christianity an apocalyptic cannibalistic zombie cult. Then I realise Islam is a BDSM cult with no safewords. 😢😢 (you always have safewords for kinky play)

It believed in body mutilation (mostly for man be it the circumcision or the self flagellation you see in tatbir), chastity control, restraining, giving up self will (repeated prayers), public humiliation, starving of self and financial domination (zakat).

But ultimately a lot of women are attracted to this religion perhaps its really for them a sense of belonging and perhaps they are naturally submissive and like this form of self-mutilation cult. But anyhow even if you like this kind of kink you shouldn’t impose your kink on people. Its not right. I don’t judge someone going out with a collar and a leash walking on four, but they shouldn’t shame me or forced me to be on a collar and walk on four.

*recognising female weakness does not mean women should not have rights. If you are depending rights on your capabilities, then does it mean an 185 female bodybuilder/athlete should have the same right as men while a 160/155 man should have the same right as women? People who are scared to talk about this kind of topic are understandable but this is an important topic to explored as well.

Also being submissive in sex/relationship does not equate to being submissive in workplace or even willing to take bs from men. In fact in many cases of abusive relationship I do know a lot of submissive women who is the abusing partner in the relationship. (mainly in the sense they are setting a very difficult expectation for their partner while making themselves like a “child” and do not take responsibility for anything)
