Whenever i open inventory a massive framerate drop happens

When i open inventory my games drop fps so hard that its freezes for like two second depending if i'm moving or standing, this has happening me since yesterday and I haven't touched the game in like 1 month, but now i play this happens, there is a way to fix or i have to wait a next update??? pls help
