Best Underarmor in Game?

I have all the underarmors I think besides shield raider underarmor and shield casual underarmor.

I’m end game and started to think about this and what is the best to wear I use to wear shield secret service and now wear the shield enclave secret service.

I’m also a bloodied vats heavy build in and out of both power armor.
