Stricken by mold. How to dispose of bottle?

Hit by the mold plague for the first time. Filled up a pen from my Noodler's Red-Black bottle and go to wipe the nib and see a bunch of slime and some long solid pieces of matter. Bottle smells earthy as well. I've throughly cleaned every piece of my pen with Ajax dish soap.

Is there anything further I need to do with my pen, and how do I dispose of the ink out of the bottle?
