Realistically, when can I go back to weightlifting after gallbladder surgery?
Hey everyone, I do weightlifting regularly and have already lost a lot of weight due to a pancreatitis. Now I need to get my gallbladder removed, and I'm worried about losing my progress. For those who have gone through this, how long did it take before you could safely get back to lifting? When is it generally recommended to start training again?
