Would like some help with outlook signatures!

I was required to make some footers/graphics for a company, 4 images that linked to 4 different things, to go at the bottom of everyone’s emails. I made them, and they’re bloody gorgeous, but little did I know that outlook signatures would be so difficult. When applied in outlook, the images would be misaligned and all sorts. My final attempt, I added the four images in a grid, which seemed to help a bit. I linked each image with the corresponding url. However from one moment to the next, it’ll work or it’ll stop working. At the moment I think the images are aligned (albeit with a little gap between them which is not ideal but as good as I could get it), but one of the links that did work now doesn’t. It just seems extremely unreliable.

I don’t really know what to do for the best now! Any help is appreciated. Hoping very much that this makes any sense at all.

Wondering if it’d be unprofessional to suggest one footer that goes to something like a Linktree page, where all the links can be found there and changed without disrupting what seems like a very fragile balance…

Maybe if people know something more professional than Linktree? Nothing against it, I just don’t know if it suits a multimillion dollar company lol
