Limit on current deal

Was just behind a guy who bought out almost every single item that was under $10. I’m talking single tools basically like screwdrivers and wrenches. He had a team of employees trying to track down every one. I guess my store didn’t care about the limit. Is there really a second market for used harbor freight stuff?! I mean it wasn’t even cool stuff. It was like what your kids get you from their elementary school for Father’s Day type shit.
