Help with a leak

I recently cleaned my tub and after refilling it I noticed water was coming from underneath it. I pulled the side cover where the pump is and this tub has a stream of water coming out of it. The end of the hose has a filter/mesh like material. There’s a similar hose on the opposite side but it is dry. If I turn the jets on then the water stops coming out.
