New alt, not progressing past picking a class
I have spent over 100+ talent points but it won't let me turn in the quest.
EDIT: It was vault upgrades. My first new character since the vault upgrade. Buying one upgrade updated my counter. I hope Lava reads this, but the way it's coded currently seems like if you maxed out the vault, you can't get past this point on a new character. It does not automatically update like the other quest counters I have seen in game and you need to buy an upgrade to trigger a counter update.
