Looking for a solid luck sandwich recommendation for today.. but….

..it would be fun to try something a bit different than the typical chicken parm/meat ball parm/italian deli hero. Any recommendations? For instance, last week I had the Midtown from Second Street Bakery — a simple amalgamation of baked eggplant, roasted red peppers, and the freshest and moistest mozzarella, all finished with few squirts of balsamic vinegar of Modena. It was such a simple sandwich but oh so satisfying. Thank you, team!
