Issue with the Rainy 75 |\ key inputting a hash.

Recently bought the rainy 75 as a christmas present for myself, i’m absolutely loving it so far besides this one issue i can’t seem to find a solution to. I’ve tried using VIA to remap the key to no avail and honestly that website has its own issues but that’s for another day.
