All the good stuff aside ~ lets talk about rain?

Like i can see and understand why it was like this in the first game. I love rain and in many games it can bring the atmosphere and immersion to another level of experience and beauty. In both games its absolutely horrible, especially at night. I wish it was a placeholder, but it looks like its gonna be in the full release anyway, which is such a shame. There are tons of positives that i could bring up, but i think things like this should be told, so the developers know what they can improve upon and so on. I am very excited for the game, but this is one of the very few things that i am disappointed in.

tldr; the rain doesnt feel like its from a game in 2025.
