PS5 Pro Audio glitches

Getting audio glitches for example when using the menu on the main screen. Also during sword fights the audio is skipping. Cutscenes and general conversation is fine. It's like in old games when it cant handle audio and effects at the same time. Also a black flicker on the main title screen.
