Eqqualberry Toner—Did I get Scammed?

I bought the Equalberry. Toner online for about 1,800PHP (30USD). I checked the reviews before purchasing and it seemed legit. The store in general looked legit as it had thousands of good reviews averaging of 4.9 stars.

However when I received the toner, I got it in a grey box (left photo) in contrast to the typical Eqqualberry Toner brown box (right photo) I see people online get. The label on the bottle itself is also slightly different, however the QR code on it is scannable and leads to the product's amazon link. (Did not purchase this from amazon though)

I should also add that I was going to check the direct product link that I bought from however the toner itself is no longer available. Other items from the same shop are still up though. I'm super anxious.

Did I get scammed? It was double the price from other shops too.
