What should my 3rd gun purchase be?

I already have a pistol and AR15 and was thinking of 4 possible choices from a practicality and utilitarian standpoint for my next purchase:

1. A second pistol. I have a glock 19 gen 5 MOS with a red dot and light, but I'm having 2nd thoughts on carrying it. In the event that it gets used in a self defense scenario it will get confiscated and I don't trust the police enough that I know for sure it will get returned. So I was thinking either an LE trade in glock 19 to fit my holsters or a PSA dagger to be used primarily as my carry. In the case that I still have both pistols and SHTF i would be able to let someone else who needs to remain low profile use it to still have ability to defend themselves if needed.

2. A PCC. Was thinking of the extar ep9. Smaller profile and cheaper to use at range for ammo. This would be my other home defense gun besides my pistol.

3. 2nd Rifle. I already have a stacked AR15 so this one will be a simple range toy/SHTF gun I can just throw to a family or friend if the need arises. Probably will just buy a cheap PSA AR if I choose this option.

4. 12 ga shotgun. Mossberg 500 most likely. Was interested in hunting and figured this would be a jack of all trades weapon. Never owned or shot one before.
