Struggling to lose weight even in a deficit?
I’m 5’2” and 170 pounds(wear a size M/L for size reference), my calorie deficit goal is 1,530. I’ve been tracking pretty well, I get around 60+ g of protein in a day. I don’t track my daily movement like cleaning or playing with my dog, but I do try to use my standing bike for 30 minutes a few times a week in winter, and I do a ton of walking and disc golf when it’s warm.
Example of my day: Coffee, 160 cal, for breakfast around 11 am(eating early makes me extremely nauseous so this can’t be adjusted, I’ve tried). Lunch at 2 pm, i usually eat something like a snack plate. Some cheese, meat, cucumbers, some kind of fruit, and nuts, around 450 calories. Dinner at 7pm and it varies a lot but I eat between 700-800 cal and high protein. I have a late night sweet tooth so if it’s within my goal for a dessert I make a protein pudding that calculates to 177 calories. Editing to add: I have hypoglycemia, so I do still need to be able to maintain enough to meet around 40 g carb per meal intake.
