Cut myself with a rusty blade that was dirty with moisturiser and hair

My chat gpt says this isn’t a risk of tetanus as tetanus doesn’t come from rust itself it’s from outdoors like feeces and soil, but I have health anxiety so I’m still really worried as I haven’t had a tetanus jab ever , my doctor said I don’t need to worry and if I’m that worried I can go get a tetanus jab but it’s not a concern , I’m agorphobic and unable to leave my hosue and although the doctor said it’s not a concern, I’m still really worried .
