Te Kura Summer School

I'm 18 credits away from an EEndorsement, but incase I don't get it through externals (which is very likely), would I still be able to enrol for summer school at TK if my account had been deactivated? (wanted to carry on w/ media at my new school because I enjoyed it, didn't expect level 2 pressure to be so bad, burnout, didn't do work = account deactivation)

If I do get into TK Summer School, will I be able to do Level 2 French Internals if I didn't take it as a subject in Level 1, but am pretty much fluent?
