Is POE1 good for casual players?

Hey y’all! I’ve been looking for new games to try and this one came up a bit. I really enjoy Diablo 4 and have heard from pretty much everyone that this game is way better haha.

One thing I’ve heard a good amount though is how complicated it is. Would this be worth playing for a player who probably won’t go super in depth into learning all the systems? Tbh I mostly play games to try and turn off my brain lol, can this game be played casually?
