ex-a320m-gaming upgrade with ryzen 5 5600 and rx 6600?

so i have a shity prebuilt with an athlon 3000g and gtx 1650.

when gaming the cpu is always at 90-100% utilization while the gpu is at 20%, on minecraft this results in 10 fps and in fortnite this results in 30fps but stutters every 2 seconds.

so the cpu is the issue, not the gpu. so i bought a ryzen 5 5600 to fix it, but i do not know if the VRMs can handle it or if they will burn out, ive heard a couple people saying that they will burn out and brick everything.

and when the gpu is no longer sufficient im planing on upgrading to an rx 6600 or something like that

will there be any issues with either the cpu or gpu? and will the VRMs burn out eventually?
