"New" BDO App

1). I hate this app and the past BDO Apps.

2). Anyone else have this persistent problem when trying to log on? (EDIT: "BDO Online" app). I used to be able to log on, but now this message shows up:

“Unable to log in. reset your password by tapping “need help logging in?” I you are still unable to log in, call BDO….”

Even after I changed my password, wait a few days, still get the same message. CS is of course not helpful, when they claim the system needs time to update. B**CH it's been MONTHS!

EDIT 2: got information from an acquaintance, recently quit BDO (toxic environment. Shocker), who said the password for the NEW BDO ONLINE APP is different from the WEBSITE BDO, so changing one will not affect the other. He advised me to change my password for the BDO ONLINE APP only (which will also be the same password for BDO PAY APP), which worked and now have access. This acquaintance also advised to not keep all funds with BDO (for security reasons). Thanks to all those who replied.
