Majesty Palm fail - help!

This is the second majesty palm that I have killed indoors. What am I doing wrong? Not over or under watered, well-draining pot, bright indirect light, other plants thriving in this room…are these just really fickle? Suggestions to save her?

Water approximately once per week, using a moisture meter.

Light is bright, indirect, indoors.
