What are these tiny creatures in my moss?

I wanted to add this moss to a tank I have set up. But after closer inspection, I noticed that the moss was inhabited. What are they?

(This dish is on a semi-light spot on the windowsill. I water it only when the soil feels and looks dry. I give it rainwater.)
