What to do

I’ve had this Pothos for over 6 years and I know it’s needs to be repotted however I don’t know how to do with it since recently the vines are losing leaves and I think it’s because they’re getting too long. But I’m not sure. Some of the vines are over 8 feet long. I’m kind of at a loss for what to do with my fav plant baby. Please help ❤️
