18 no experience

I've been actively hunted for a job for the past year and no one wants to hire me. I don't know what to do anymore. I can't keep sitting around doing nothing productive after school and I want to be able to reliably get to class. I can't drive because of mental issues so I have to take the bus and train and hope that I get there on time. I could potentially end up dropping out if I'm late too many times. I'm posting this here because I've literally run out of ideas.
