Can't play dominos in camp

Im in Chapter 2 at the Moment.

I had the Dominos icon at the very beginning of Ch. 2 but it was locked and i couldn't play. Now, the Icon wont Show up and i can't play either.

Is there a specific requirment? Or a very specific time where you can play at camp?
