What’s something you experienced just once (in Story Mode)

I’ve completed Story Mode a bunch of times, but there are a few things I’ve only experienced once (or twice)

One is getting accosted by a guy in Valentine to get money back from his friend

Another is some dude hiding in the outhouse in Strawberry after scamming somebody
