Writing an essay on Macbeth. Need sources to find this information cause Im completely lost.

My essay topic is “Research famous actors who have played Macbeth and explain their contributions to the play’s development over time” i know the actors but I don’t know how they contributed to the play. Anyone have any sources for me to read, cause I ain’t finding anything.
