He is polite, like a silent killer- stays calm but knows his shit, not arrogant despite being successful and knowledgeable, always gives constructive feedback and never insults, speaks so SOFFTTLY (to my ears it's almost ASMR)...

P.S. His simply style, his subtle smile, and shining greys are just bonus.
