why can't most people differentiate the difference between maliciousness and honest mistakes?

most normies think everything is an honest mistake. honest mistakes are rare.

here's an example of an honest mistake that happened to me today:

  • I ordered some food from a local restaurant that's owned by this sweet old lady. I went there and she genuinely forgot something. 95% of the order was ready to go though.

here's an example of maliciousness:

  • I went to order some lunch at a restaurant that wasn't busy at all. I go in, and the young female staff just looked at me and stood there and then continued chatting. I asked them if I could order. they said to give them a second. then 10 minutes later, nothing happened and I asked to order again. they said to wait a sec. literally like 30 seconds later a tall white chad comes in with his Stacy girlfriend and these female employees just instantly walk and take his order and quickly gets his food. i got pissed and left. while walking out, this guy who was similar height to me (5'2) walks in and gets ignored.

normies will tell me the first and second situations are the same. no. they are not. the first is an honest mistake. the second is malicious.
