What's your favorite thing to do?

Returning player here. I haven't played sims 2 in probably 12+ years. I hear all the time how lacking sims 4 is in comparison, but when I booted up the game I felt like I was missing something? All I see is what it doesn't have, like a million skills and a large catalogue of BB/CAS. So what's your favorite thing to do in the game? Not looking to open an argument about 2 vs. 4, I'm just looking for something to jog my memory and remind me how I had so much fun with this game in the past.
