Vampire lord question

Are there any ways between harkon and chasing echoes to become a vampire lord. I am trying to use a glitch to be both vampire lord and werewolf, which requires you to be a vampire lord, and then activate your vampire form and the werewolf blood at the same time, then when you load in, you will be a werewolf for q second then become vampire lord form, deactive vampire form, then ask Serana to make you a vampire. I want to do this and side with dawnguard (they won't detect your vampirism if you last transformation was werewolf)
