What unambiguous TvP or ZvP nerfs (within reason) would you like to suggest?

Just like my other thread which focused on unambiguous protoss buffs,

This one is for unambiguous any v Protoss nerfs - not a nerf/buff, not a sort of tweak redesign, etc - something that could be unambiguously be seen as a nerf and that if balance council reads, they could put on docket to discuss and eventually ignore.

Tech Lab - build time increased to 25s (+7s from 18s). Delays stim, marauder, tank, banshee production by 1/3 of a marauder (21s) for each rax, delaying early to early midgame pushes and allins, without changing late game matchup power.

Medivac Caduceus Reactor upgrade - should only trigger if Medivac has not moved or healed for a few seconds. Lessens the power of late game bio sustain.

Viking - revert buff which increased hp from 135 to 125. This was a midseason buff intended to increase Terran turtleability (why??) in late game brood lord matchups and when late game skytoss was much harder to deal with (carrier targetting priority). But it also increased viking survivability by 1 stalker shot from 7 to 8,

I'm not even going to bother to write the ghost nerf because im pretty sure everyone has a dozen different ideas for the ghost nerf

Lurker: hp reduced to 160. will be nearly dead after 2 storms and generally easier to clear for protoss ground.

Infestor: is revealed when casting neural parasite. Lets you clear out infestors easier if they target key units without army support.
