What do I do?

I had a first screening call scheduled for a company I REALLY want to work with, the thing is I didn’t get this interview through an application. I directly DMed the VP on linkedin and they put me in contact with the external recruiter and they set up the first call. Well I had my call scheduled and they never showed, I emailed them and reached out. I haven’t received a response, I understand things happen and I’m totally flexible. How do I approach this if the recruiter never responds? I really really want a chance at this job so I guess I’m trying to figure out how to go about it without shooting myself in the foot.
