What are some of the best TV adaptations?

In honor of the new One Piece live action show & with many people praising how it captures the spirit of the manga/anime, this got to me to thinking. What do you consider to be some of the best adaptations of source material? Whatever the source material might be, like "video games, books, comics, podcasts, movies, remakes of other TV shows, etc.

I'll start with one of the most recent and best ones, The Last of Us. That show is 😙. Also, a all-time classic, with Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I loved the movie but the show was god tier for me growing up.
