Most gruesome scene?

There’s a ton of realistic violence throughout the show. Sometimes it can get pretty brutal and even gory.

What is the most gruesome, queasy-inducing scene for you ?

Mine may be when Tony B. falls chasing the high jacked laundry truck and skins his knee on the blacktop. You don’t see much but with the sound it always makes me wince.
