Can’t take it anymore I need help omg

I can’t take another minute of it. I hear ticking and constant ringing in silence. Any amount of white noise or fans or running water amps up the ringing so much and ticking becomes unbearable loud. When it wasn’t reactive to noise I could at least escape when I was in the shower or listening to music or a fan. But I can’t handle it 24/7. I’ve been deeply su!cidal even before this and this is my last straw. I’m pulling out the gun from under my bed tonight. I will have silence again finally.
