Meeting with vice president's of my company to discuss trans issues, and I need advice.

Hey y'all, I work for a major US company, and through a turn of events, this coming Thursday I will be meeting with several vice president's of the company. This is a company that employs thousands of workers in the retail space. The meeting came about when I voiced my concerns to my store manager who is Mrs super ally. She escalated it through her connections to the top of the company.

I have a general idea of what points I want to bring up regarding the EO and concerns of further actions taken by lawmakers, but I want to ensure that since I am not only representing myself at this level but the community that I include as much information as I can.
