Is this just regular green glass playing tricks on me?

First light is just a white LED. Blacklight is a single 395nm diode. Seems like it lights up well when the blacklight is aimed at the edge, base, or where the bowl steepens out, but otherwise, nothing. To my eyes, it both is and isn’t UG, so I need an outside opinion here lol
