First dose...desperately need this to work out...wish me luck!

Psych changed fluoxetine 20 mg to sertraline 50 mg yesterday. Fluoxetine stopped working and my symptoms worsened to the point that I am about to lose my job. GAD and MDD ever since covid. Med journey started a year ago or so. I desperately need this to work out. Wish me luck!
