How did people knew that Voldemort could eventually come back after defeated in Potter's house if his body was killed and people, even Dumbledore, didn't know about his horrocruxes? And, shouldn't his appearence as an spectrum in book 1 had been a definetly proof of the fact he made horrocruxes?
