Hey dentists. I read a research paper that stated that children over the age of 6 should get INAB because the mandibular bone becomes more compact after 6. Infiltration won’t work. In your experience what works best? (For extractions and for fillings)

Sometimes when I see cases like these online. I wonder if I’m too a coward for not taking risks and restoring teeth like this. Or am I more realistic for considering extraction?
