r/tortico is a place for cats who are both calico and tortoiseshell. Calico cats have splotches of 3 solid colors (orange, black, and white, sometimes diluted) and tortoiseshell cats have brindle-looking fur (usually black and orange, sometimes diluted). Torticos are a mixture of the two, with splotches of 3 colors plus at least one significant tortoiseshell patch.
